Follow the exciting development of "Drakensang: The River of Time" with our latest developer diary. In the first diary, you were told about the idea behind "The River of Time" from Bernd Beyreuther. New topic: ‘Preproduction-phase’. In this phase, all basic decisions regarding the game are being made, for example which story the game could be based on, which features can be created and how can they be implemented. The exciting and extensive development of a game like Drakensang: The River of Time is recorded and updated every 14 days in the developer diaries of Radon Labs. Just as they did for The Dark Eye: Drakensang, they provide a detailed insight into the setting and creation of the game.
The theme of the first developer diary is the “creative direction”. Bernd Beyreuther himself, shows the difference between The Dark Eye: Drakensang and Drakansang: The River of Time.

Learn more about the new role playing game Drakensang: The River Of Time by dtp and Radon Labs: On the game’s brand new website you’ll find the latest and detailed information in the habitual The Dark Eye: Drakensang-style plus numerous additional extras. And the updates will also start very soon.
Exclusively to the start of the website you have the chance to win a three-day-testing at Radon Labs in Berlin. The winner will get the unique insights in the world of Drakensang: The River Of Time and get can actively involved in the creation of the Drankensang prequel. The winning prize includes 3 days testing at the Radon Labs, the travel costs and two accommodations.
What you have to do to win? Answer the following question with a few but convincing words: Why should YOU win the three-day-testing at the Radon Labs in Berlin?

A lot to see, play and experience for the visitors of our stand at the GamesCom in Cologne (20. – 23.08.2009): Get access to the upcoming and latest game hits at our stand B030 in hall 8.1. – it is your chance to get the first look at the upcoming roleplaying game hit Drakensang: The River Of Time!
Roleplaying game fans and PC players will be able to experience the especially for the trade fair produced version of the in early 2010 released Drakensang prequel on several stations and once again immerge into the world of The Dark Eye.

This is your chance to raise yourself a monument in Drakensang: The River Of Time: Within the scope of a community contest Drakensang fans have the chance to get involved actively in the creating process of the prequel “The River Of Time”.

You have to write a story about a mysterious circle of stones, that the famous and notorious hero-wannabe Parzalon is talking about in a dialogue with the player. Here for you have to invent an object, that the player will be able to find in the game later on. The dialogue can only have max. 2000 characters. A jury, consisting of Radon Labs and dtp entertainment employees, will choose the winning dialogue.
The contest winner will not only receive several prizes, but the dialogue will be dubbed and as well as the invented object built into the game. At a following visit to the developers the winner will be able to get an impression of the game and his/her dialogue.
