Citizens are vanishing into the dark, pulled into the depths by a breeding ground of alchemical horrors. Only the bravest heroes can stop the abductions and survive the lethal fumes of this subterranean nightmare.

To conquer the filth, you must become part of it. Collecting the Plagueborn Regalia Set allows you to harness the sewer’s toxicity, granting you the power to transform into a terrifying Venomous Form.

Descend into the green glow, collect your Miasma Gems, and craft the gear that will turn the tide of this chemical war. The sewers are waiting—will you cleanse them, or become their next victim?

Core Loop & Mechanics

The Hunt: Collect Fragment of Waste Box Keys from event content.
Crafting: Combine 20 fragments to create a single Waste Box Key.
The Reward: Use keys to open Waste Boxes, the primary source for Miasma Gems and the Plagueborn Regalia Selection Package.

New Items & Vanity

New Pet – Ratatoxie:
- Provides +25% Damage, +15% Health, and +20% Poison Resistance.
- While equipped, you gain a 10% chance for an additional reward when opening a Waste Box.
- Available at the shop for 99,999 Andermant.
New Mount – The Dirt Dragon: A steam-powered drill designed by dwarves.
Vanity Collection: Includes Spores of Doom (Costume Effect), Bio Hazard (Trail), and Toxic Leftovers (Ground Marker).

New Equipment: Plagueborn Regalia Set

This 4-piece set (Helmet, 2x Rings, Adornment) is available for all classes. Each piece requires 500x Miasma Gems and 50x specific ingredients (e.g., Beak Mask, Venomcoil Ring) to craft.

Universal Set Bonuses

2/4 Set: +20% Max Health Points.
3/4 Set: +20% Damage.
4/4 Set: Grants Venomous Form for 20 seconds upon hitting with specific skills. In this form, you ignore enemy Poison Resistance and gain massive damage boosts.
- Ignore 25% Poison Resistance initially, gaining 15% every 3 seconds, up to 100% max. (PvP: 10% to 50%).

Steam Mechanicus	Quick Shot (50%)	Starts at +100%, gaining 60% every 3 seconds up to 400%.	Chimera Shot: Fires 3 bullets piercing 5 enemies; each deals 100% base damage as Poison. Hits grant Quicker Shot (+2% Attack Speed, 10 stacks) and have a 30% chance to build a Mechanical Turret (10s internal cooldown, ignores turret limits).

The event features a main 5-tier progress bar and a “Toxic Fumes” sub-event bar.

Infernal Difficulty: 0.60% Miasma Gem chance; 100% Fragment of Waste Box Key drop rate.
Bloodshed Difficulty: 0.75% Miasma Gem chance; guaranteed fragments (scaling by 1 x 2 x 3).

Waste Box (Chest Loot):

Miasma Gems: 100% chance for at least 1 gem.
Selection Package: 10% independent probability for a set ingredient chest.
Jackpot: 0.1% chance for The Dirt Dragon mount.
