Server Connection Issues
Over the past weeks, we’ve received reports from some players experiencing unstable game connections. To help our Tech Team investigate together with our service provider, please fill in the following form—ideally including your MTR test results:

Creator Reward Program – When?
We’re currently in discussions with our Legal and Finance departments regarding this program. Some important matters—such as German tax regulations and the controversy around AI-generated art—require adjustments to the Terms & Conditions.
This is the first time I’m running such a program in Germany, and I’ll admit I was too optimistic in aiming for an August launch. We are committed to making this program a reality, but we need more time to ensure we follow all rules and guidelines. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Level Extension (100 → 110*)
The Dev Team has confirmed that a level cap increase is necessary to introduce higher difficulties and new Mythic sets. This is planned for Q4 2025, with testing to be carried out alongside our trusted moderators to ensure a smooth transition. Stay tuned! *Level 110 is an estimation, it will be more or less around this level.
PvP Improvements
The Devs are planning to link Season Pass V or VI to a PvP-related game mode. They know you want more enjoyable and balanced PvP, and they are actively working on it. They’re aware of the current frustrations—such as one-shot kills and class imbalance—and will continue gathering community feedback during development.
Expected release: Q4 2025 or Q1 2026.
