The Ancestral Ruins have evolved — now expanded up to Level 100 in this time-limited, roguelike-style game mode! Prepare to push your limits with every floor, where both skill and strategy are essential to survive.
Only the strongest, fastest warriors will rise through the ranks to claim their place on the global leaderboard. At the end of each season, rankings will be determined based on the highest level reached and remaining time, with generous rewards awaiting those at the top!
What’s New?
- New Leaderboard Challenge
- Climb up to Level 100 and prove your strength — but speed matters! The higher and faster you go, the better your chances to earn legendary prizes.
- Press “L” or click “Leaderboard” from the Ancestral Ruins Event to access the leaderboard.
- Victory Medals Shop Update
- Added Ancestor’s Molten Chest and Smoldering Circle (Alchemy Circle). These exclusive items are now available for medal exchange!
- Progress Bar Rewards Adjusted
- Discover new rewards, including the stylish Molten Fire Walker (Trail) to leave your fiery mark in battle.
Developer’s Note:
“According to our current design, most players are expected to reach up to around level 40. This setting is intentional to help everyone get familiar with the new game mode. We plan to adjust the difficulty after this season based on player performance and feedback.”
Entry & Mechanics Updates
- New Entry Method
- No need to go through the mirror in Kingshill! You can now access the Ancestral Ruins directly using a Challenge Pass.
- Pick Your Battle Level
- After using your Challenge Pass, select any unlocked level to challenge based on your progress — your journey, your pace!
- Streamlined Loot System
- To keep the challenge intense and fast-paced, monster and boss drops have been removed during battles. Instead, all loot will be rewarded in the Ancestral Legacy Chest after defeating the floor boss.

Challenge Pass Refund System
- If your challenge time runs out and the boss is not defeated, your Challenge Pass will be refunded.
- ⚠️ No refund will be given if you disconnect, go offline, or exit the challenge manually. However, compensation will be given for occasions like server disconnection and unexpected game error.
New Way to Get Challenge Passes
- You can now use Community Coins to purchase Challenge Passes!
- 100 Community Coins = 5 Challenge Passes
- Limit: 5 purchases per day
