Ghost Festival Challenge: Return of the Dead
Duration: 05.11. 12:00 – 17.11.2026 23:59
Return of the Dead joins the Ghost Festival a week in and comes with its own progress bar. It ends together with the main event, so you have 13 days to climb it.

“A nightmare incarnate from the abyss. Legend has it that this cold-blooded Icemare won many a horse race in days of yore, and more than a few royal figure skating competitions besides. Advisory: Riders are advised to wear thickly padded braies.”

“One of Mortis’ loyal army of “chillhounds”, used primarily to add a bit of variety to the damned pits of the Anderworld. Advisory: Do not pet them under any circumstances if your armor is not equipped with snugly mittens.”

The ideal accessory for cold-blooded killers, frigid amazons, and everyone who likes the color blue. So drape yourself in an icy aura and get ready to dispense kills, thrills, and most of all CHILLS!

⚠️ Note: The chest’s in-game description still lists the mount as Frost’s Cold Flame. This is the old name of the Everfrost Steed: it’s the same mount, and you will receive the Everfrost Steed when it drops.
Does the Ghost Retro Chest replace the Ghost Festival Chest?
No. The Ghost Retro Chest is a new addition this year and does not replace the Ghost Festival Chest.
